Anger has the power to motivate you to change.

Anger expressed is simply another facet of the human experience that can bring you closer to who you are and who you are created to be.
It is when you deny your anger, hold it back, or shove it down that it festers and turns to resentment. It eats away at you and steals your power. It hardens you to a place where you can not help yourself or others.
Learning to allow your anger and express it freely can be terrifying for those of us who have spent a lifetime trying to hide our anger from others, and even ourselves. It can be scary, yes, and choosing to learn to bring your anger into your human experience will also bring you a giant leap closer to your own personal freedom.
It is a skill that, like all other skills, can be learned and mastered.
